s1 3 s4 Partnership (Limited Liability) Regulation 1993 PARTNERSHIP (LIMITED LIABILITY) REGULATION 1993 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 July 2004] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Partnership (Limited Liability) Regulation 1993 . 3 Approval of forms The chief executive may approve a form for a purpose— (a) for which a prescribed form is required or authorised to be used under the Act or this regulation; or (b) in connection with the administration of the Act or this regulation. 4 Fees The fees payable under the Act are set out in the schedule.
