s1 3 s2 Acquisition of Land Regulation 1993 ACQUISITION OF LAND REGULATION 1993 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 July 2003] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Acquisition of Land Regulation 1993 . 2 Fees—Act, ss 9 and 10 The fee payable for an application under section 9 or 10 of the Act is— (a) if the application relates to 1 parcel of land—$117.35; or (b) if the application relates to more than 1 parcel of land—$117.35 plus $34.90 for each additional parcel of land.
