s1 3 Townsville City Council (Douglas Land Development) Regulation 1993 s4 TOWNSVILLE CITY COUNCIL (DOUGLAS LAND DEVELOPMENT) REGULATION 1993 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 7 August 1998] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Townsville City Council (Douglas Land Development) Regulation 1993 . 2 Approval of concept plan—Act, s 10 The concept plan 1 adopted by the Council on 1 June 1993 is approved. 3 Approval of master plan—Act, s 23 The master plan adopted by the Council on 22 March 1994 is approved. 4 Approval of master plan amendments—Act, s 27 The amendments 2 of the master plan approved by the Council on 16 December 1997 are approved. 1 The plan is available for inspection at the following offices— Townsville City Council, Administration Building, Walker Street, Townsville and Department of Local Government and Planning, Level 2, Red Foyer, Commonwealth Building, Walker Street, Townsville. 2 The amendments are available for inspection at the following offices— Townsville City Council, Administration Building, Walker Street, Townsville and Department of Local Government and Planning, Level 2, Red Foyer, Commonwealth Building, Walker Street, Townsville.
