s1 3 s2 Plant Protection (Prescription of Pests) Regulation 1993 PLANT PROTECTION (PRESCRIPTION OF PESTS) REGULATION 1993 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 September 2002] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection (Prescription of Pests) Regulation 1993 . 2 Prescription of pests Each organism, virus, viroid, disorder, condition or cause of specified symptoms in plants mentioned in the schedule is a pest for the purposes of the Act.
