3 Marine Parks (Moreton Bay) Order 1993 MARINE PARKS (MORETON BAY) ORDER 1993 [reprinted as in force on 17 September 1993 2 ] ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Marine Parks (Moreton Bay) Order 1993 3 . ˙ Establishment of marine park 2. The area of tidal waters and tidal land, other than alienated tidal land, outlined in red and shaded in blue on map MP2, sheets 1 to 14, held in the office of the Department of Environment and Heritage, 160 Ann Street, Brisbane, is set apart and declared as a marine park. ˙ Constituents of marine park 3. For the purpose of section 15 of the Act— (a) the subsoil beneath tidal land in the area, to a depth of 1 000 m below the surface; and (b) the airspace above the area, to a height of 915 m above the surface; are taken to be in the marine park and, for the purposes of the Act, part of the area. ˙ Naming of marine park 4. The name ‘Moreton Bay Marine Park’ is assigned to the marine park set apart and declared under section 2. ˙ Inspection of map 5. A copy of the map specified in section 2 may be inspected at the office
