3 Vocational Education and Training (Industry Placement) Regulation 1993 VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (INDUSTRY PLACEMENT) REGULATION 1993 [reprinted as in force on 22 April 1993 2 ] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Vocational Education and Training (Industry Placement) Regulation 1993 3 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 5 February 1993. ˙ Vocational Training Agreements 3. A Vocational Training Agreement must contain the following particulars— (a) the name and address of— (i) the college; and (ii) the student or the student’s parent or guardian—where applicable; and (iii) the industry placement person offering industry placement; (b) the name of the course being studied; (c) the name of the approved training scheme; (d) the number of hours of industry training constituting the approved training scheme; (e) the order of the Industrial Relations Commission relating to— (i) the rate of wage payable; and (ii) the other terms of employment; under the approved training scheme relevant to the course being

4 Vocational Education and Training (Industry Placement) Regulation 1993 studied; (f) the rights and obligations of all parties; (g) the date of commencement and termination of the agreement.
