3 Police Superannuation (Scheme Election) Regulation 1992 POLICE SUPERANNUATION (SCHEME ELECTION) REGULATION 1992 [reprinted as in force on 1 January 1993 2 ] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Police Superannuation (Scheme Election) Regulation 1992 3 . ˙ Election by member 2. A member may elect to become a member of the State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme. ˙ Condition of election 3. An election must be made by written notice given to the Director, Government Superannuation Office between 1 January 1993 and 30 April 1993. ˙ Member’s entitlement to be paid to the State Public Sector Superannuation Fund 4. The amount determined by the Actuary under section 3A(4) of the Act that represents the member’s entitlement in the Fund must be paid on behalf of the member to the State Public Sector Superannuation Fund.
