3 Queensland Marine (Prevention of Collisions) Regulation 1992 QUEENSLAND MARINE (PREVENTION OF COLLISIONS) REGULATION 1992 [reprinted as in force on 1 January 1993 2 ] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Queensland Marine (Prevention of Collisions) Regulation 1992 3–4 . ˙ Application of USLC 2. The Schedule to section 16 of the Uniform Shipping Laws Code (Commonwealth) applies to all vessels in Queensland waters, with all necessary modifications and any prescribed modifications, as if the Schedule were a regulation made under the Act.
