s1 3 s5 Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Regulation 1992 CORRECTIVE SERVICES (ESTABLISHMENT OF PRISONS) REGULATION 1992 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 3 September 1999] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Corrective Services (Establishment of Prisons) Regulation 1992 . ˙ Places no longer prisons 2. The Moreton Correctional Centre and the Wacol Correctional Centre as in existence on 31 December 1996 are places declared to no longer be prisons. ˙ Places declared to be prisons and names assigned 3. The places described in the schedule are declared to be prisons and the name assigned to each prison (if any) is the name set opposite the place in the schedule. ˙ Reference to plans 4. A plan mentioned in the schedule is a plan registered in the department in which the Land Title Act 1994 is administered. ˙ Repeal 5. The order in council made under the Act and published in the gazette on 24 June 1989 at pages 1809 and 1810 is repealed.
