the intersection ofthemeridianoflongitudethatpassesthroughthenorthernmostpointofLookoutPointatlowwaterbythecoastlineofthemainlandatLookoutPointathighestastronomical
tide; and(ii)runs generally easterly, southerly and
south-easterly alongthecoastlineofthemainlandathighestastronomicaltide(including tidal waters and tidal land of
all rivers, creeks andstreams at highest astronomical tide)
to its intersection bythe geodesic that passes through the
point of intersection ofthe meridian of longitude 145º17.5'
east with the coastlineof the mainland at low water and the
northernmost point ofintersection of the geodesic between
the easternmost pointofLookoutPointatlowwaterandthepointoflatitude 14º54' south, longitude 145º20'
east, by an arc of acirclehavingaradiusof5kmanditscentreonthenorthernmost point of Cape Flattery at
low water; and(iii)then
north-easterly along the geodesic that passes throughthenorthernmostpointofintersectionofthegeodesicbetweentheeasternmostpointofLookoutPointatlowwaterandthepointoflatitude14º54'south,longitude145º20' east, by an arc of a circle having a

area near North Direction Island, the boundary of which—(i)commencesatthenorthernmostpointofthe500mlinearound Kedge
Rock; and(ii)runs northerly along the geodesic to
the easternmost pointof the coastal 1 km line around North
Direction Island; and(iii)thengenerallynorth-westerlyandwesterlyalongthatcoastal 1 km line to its northernmost

along an imaginary line drawn across the mouth of theEndeavour River from Point Saunders (St

its easternmost pointon the south bank of the Endeavour
River; and(v)then generally easterly along the
vegetation line of the southbank of the
Endeavour River to the easternmost point of thevegetationlineofthewesternbankofthemouthofRacecourse Creek; and(vi)thengenerallysoutherlyalongthevegetationlineofthewestern bank of
Racecourse Creek to its intersection by theriverwards
boundary of the old railway line route along thesouth
