This guideline may be cited as the Sugar Industry (Local Board Award Interim Minimum Price) Guideline 1992 3 . ˙ Purpose of guideline 2. This guideline is made for the purpose of section 8.5(5) of the Act. ˙ Higher interim minimum price authorised 3. An award may determine an interim minimum price or interim minimum prices for sugarcane of up to 100% of the base price or base prices of the sugarcane.
