3 Prescribed Vessels Regulation 1992 PRESCRIBED VESSELS REGULATION 1992 [reprinted as in force on 1 December 1992 2 ] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Prescribed Vessels Regulation 1992 3–4 . ˙ Prescribed vessels 2. For the purposes of sections 183(i), 185(1)(ii) and (iii) and 187(1)(ii) and (iii) of the Act, a prescribed vessel is a vessel being used for purposes in relation to which the vessel is or is required to be— (a) licensed under— (i) section 25, 30 or 35 of the Fisheries Act 1976 ; or (ii) section 31 of the Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Act 1982 ; or (b) registered as a vehicle under section 32 of the Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Act 1982 .
