This regulation may be cited as the Education (Tertiary Entrance Procedures Authority) Regulation 1991 . ˙ Quorum of the authority 2. A quorum of members of the authority required to constitute a meeting of the authority is one-half of the members, or if one-half is not a whole number, the whole number next higher than one-half of the total number of members for the time being of the authority.
