This regulation may be cited as the Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Regulation 1991 . ˙ Forms 3.(1) The forms used for the purposes of this regulation are the forms set out in the schedule. (2) Each form is to be completed in the manner required by the directions given on the form.
