s1 3 Stipendiary Magistrates Regulation 1991 s3 STIPENDIARY MAGISTRATES REGULATION 1991 [reprinted as in force on 1 July 1992] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Stipendiary Magistrates Regulation 1991 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 1992. 3 Form of oath or affirmation For the purpose of section 8 of the Act— (a) the oath is as follows— I, , swear that I will properly serve Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Her Heirs and Successors, in the office of magistrate and that I will treat everyone fairly and without bias according to law—SO HELP ME GOD! (b) the affirmation is as follows— I, , solemnly affirm that I will properly serve Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Her Heirs and Successors, in the office of magistrate and that I will treat everyone fairly and without bias according to law.
