amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 29 October
1996]˙Short title1.This
regulation may be cited as theContaminated
Land Regulation1991.˙Commencement2.This
regulation commences on 1 January 1992.˙Land
used for a prescribed purpose3.For
the purposes of section 17 of the Act, the use of land for any
ofthe purposes set out in Schedule 1 is use for
a prescribed purpose.˙Prescribed
professional standings4.For the purposes
of section 19(3) or 22(2) of the Act, membership ofanyoftheorganisationssetoutinSchedule2constitutesaprescribedprofessional
standing.˙Particulars to be recorded in the
Contaminated Sites Register5.For the purposes
of section 23 of the Act, prescribed particulars to berecorded in the Contaminated Sites Register
are—(a)real property description of the
property; and(b)classification of the property under
section 23(1) of the Act.˙Fees6.The fees set out opposite a matter in
Schedule 3 are the fees payable inrelation to that
matter.
