REGULATION 1991[as amended by all amendments that commenced
on or before 10 April 2002]1Short
titleThis regulation may be cited as theBuilding Regulation 1991.2Application for variation of the
Standard Building Regulation1993(1)This section prescribes the fee
payable on lodging an application forvariation of
theStandardBuildingRegulation1993, for
section 5 of theAct.(2)The fee payable
if the matter is to be decided by the chief executivewithoutasiteinspectionbythechiefexecutiveorthechiefexecutive’sdelegate
is—(a)if the application is about a building
with a floor area of 500 m2or less—$350;
or(b)if the application is about a building
with a floor area greater than500 m2—$500.(3)The
fee payable if the matter is to be decided by the chief
executiveafterasiteinspectionbythechiefexecutiveorthechiefexecutive’sdelegate
is—(a)if the application is about a building
with a floor area of 500 m2or less—$500;
or(b)if the application is about a building
with a floor area greater than500 m2—$750.3Application and annual fee for accreditation
as a building certifier(1)TheapplicationfeeforaccreditationundertheStandardBuildingRegulation 1993as a building
certifier is $100.(2)TheannualaccreditationfeeforaccreditationundertheStandardBuilding
Regulation 1993as a building certifier is $500.

track fee(1)Thissectionprescribesthefeetoaccompanyarequestundersection 7 of the Act to the chief executive
to decide an application within2 business days
after the making of the application.(2)Thefeepayableis50%of,andisinadditionto,thelodgingfeepayable on the application.(3)However, if the chief executive
refuses the request, the fee must berefunded.5Specified landThelanddescribedinthescheduleisspecifiedforthepurposeofsection 13(3) of the Act.
