This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure (Railways—Damages) Regulation 1991 3 . ˙ Prescribed amounts—animals 2. For the purposes of section 7.7 of the Act, the prescribed amount applicable to an animal is the amount set out in Part 1 of the Schedule in relation to the animal. ˙ Prescribed amount—luggage 3. For the purposes of section 7.8 of the Act, the prescribed amount applicable to a passenger’s luggage is the amount set out in Part 2 of the Schedule.
