Section 3(1), definition “primary producer”— insert— ‘(g) fisher, if the person holds a licence of the following type under the Fisheries Act 1994 — (i) acquaculture licence; (ii) commercial fisher licence; (iii) primary commercial fishing boat licence; or’.
