Consultation drafts

From time to time, the sponsoring Minister for a proposed Bill or subordinate legislation may release a consultation draft of the Bill or subordinate legislation. If that happens, a copy of the consultation draft is made available on this website for information and consultation purposes only.

Consultation drafts are not official versions and are likely to change before the legislation is finalised for the consideration of Parliament or the Executive Council.

More information may be available on the relevant department’s website.

Links are removed at the end of the consultation period.
