An Act with respect to an agreement entered into for and on behalf of the State with Austral-Pacific Fertilizers Limited in relation to the establishment in Queensland of a fertilizer plant and industry
This Act may be cited as the Austral-Pacific Fertilizers Limited Agreement Act 1967.

The agreement has the force of law as though the agreement were an enactment of this Act.s 3 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
(1)The agreement may be varied by a further agreement between the Minister and the other party to the agreement.(2)The Minister may make a further agreement only if the proposed further agreement has been approved by regulation.(3)The Minister must notify the day of the making of the further agreement by gazette notice.(4)The agreement as varied has the force of law as if it were an enactment of this Act.s 4 ins 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.s 5 ins 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
Consistent with the provisions of the Act, this schedule only contains the proposed agreement authorised to be entered into by the Act as originally enacted. It does not purport to be either the agreement actually entered into or that agreement as amended from time to time.
