This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2016 .
(1)Section 4(3), (5), (6) and (9) to (14) commences on 1 September 2016.(2)Section 4(4), (7), (8), (15) and (16) commences on 1 February 2017.
This regulation amends the State Penalties Enforcement Regulation 2014.
