(a)have been made as a service standard under the Act, section 34; and

(b)take effect on 1 February 2013; and

(c)replace the prescribed standards under the Act, section 239.

(a)free of charge, by funded service providers, people with a disability and members of the public, at the department’s head office and regional offices; and
