Legal Profession (Barristers Rules) Notice 2011 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Legal Profession (Barristers Rules) Notice 2011 . 2 Notice of making The ‘2011 Barristers’ Rule’ has been made as barristers rules. Note— See the Act, section 225 (Minister to give notice of solicitors and barristers rules) for the requirement to notify the rules. Editor’s note— The rule is available, without charge, for public inspection—

(a) at the Bar Association of Queensland’s principal place of business at ground floor, Inns of Court, 107 North Quay, Brisbane during normal working hours; or

(b) on the bar association’s website at <www.qldbar.asn.au> or on a website identified on the bar association’s website.

3 Repeal of notice The Legal Profession (Barristers Rules) Notice 2007 , SL No. 162 is repealed.
