See SIA s 54(2) and SIR s 3 sch 2.Airport Assets (Restructuring and Disposal) Regulation 20081Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Airport Assets (Restructuring and Disposal) Regulation 2008.2Application of particular local laws to airport land—Act, s 97(1)A local law stated in the schedule, and any subordinate local laws made under the local law, do not apply, or do not apply to the extent stated in the schedule, to the stated airport land.(2)The time of effect for a local law mentioned in subsection (1) under section 97(2) of the Act is—

(a)the day fixed for the commencement of the first land use plan for the airport land in the notice published in the gazette under section 31(1) of the Act; or

(b)if no day is fixed for the commencement of the first land use plan in the notice—the day the notice is published in the gazette.
