(a)the code called ‘Managing a native forest practice’ made by the Minister on 14 July 2014;

(b)the code called ‘Clearing for an extractive industry’ made by the Minister on 5 September 2023;

(c)the code called ‘Clearing for infrastructure’ made by the Minister on 5 September 2023;

(d)the code called ‘Clearing to improve agricultural efficiency’ made by the Minister on 5 September 2023;

(e)the code called ‘Managing fodder harvesting’ made by the Minister on 5 September 2023;

(f)the code called ‘Managing regulated regrowth vegetation’ made by the Minister on 5 September 2023;

(g)the code called ‘Managing weeds’ made by the Minister on 5 September 2023;

(h)the code called ‘Necessary environmental clearing’ made by the Minister on 5 September 2023;

(i)the code called ‘Managing encroachment’ made by the Minister on 30 October 2023.

4Application of development approvals and exemptions for Forestry Act 1959—Act, s 70A(1)For section 70A(3) of the Act, each of the following species is prescribed—

(a)a species mentioned in schedule 1, part 1;

(b)a species mentioned in schedule 1, part 2 with a trunk that has a diameter of more than 29cm at 1.3m above ground level;

(c)a species mentioned in schedule 1, part 3 with a trunk that has a diameter of more than 19cm at 1.3m above ground level.

(2)The scientific names used for the species mentioned in schedule 1 follow the names used in the most recent census of the Queensland flora and fungi—

(a)prepared by the Queensland Herbarium; and

(b)available on the Queensland Government Open Data Portal.
