(a)the guideline called ‘Ethical guidelines on the use of assisted reproductive technology in clinical practice and research’;

(b)the guideline called ‘National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research’.

5Determination of application for licence—Act, s 29For section 29(4)(c) of the Act, the following guidelines are prescribed—

(a)the guideline called ‘Ethical guidelines on the use of assisted reproductive technology in clinical practice and research’;

(b)the guideline called ‘National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research’.

6Human embryos unsuitable for implantation—Act, scheduleFor the schedule of the Act, definition unsuitable for implantation, paragraph (b), the guideline called ‘Ethical guidelines on the use of assisted reproductive technology in clinical practice and research’ is prescribed.7RepealThe Research Involving Human Embryos and Prohibition of Human Cloning for Reproduction Regulation 2015, SL No. 95 is repealed.
