(a)from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2025—$1.060; and

(b)from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026—$1.096; and

(c)from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027—$1.133; and

(d)from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2028—$1.172; and

(e)from 1 July 2028—$1.212.

(a)from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2025—$1.060; and

(b)from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026—$1.096; and

(c)from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027—$1.133; and

(d)from 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2028—$1.172; and

(e)from 1 September 2028—$1.212.

(2)The value of a fee unit for an Act or part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 2 is—

(a)from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2025—$1.060; and

(b)from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026—$1.096; and

(c)from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027—$1.133; and

(d)from 1 October 2027 to 30 September 2028—$1.172; and

(e)from 1 October 2028—$1.212.

(3)The value of a fee unit for an Act or part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 3 is—

(a)from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025—$1.060; and

(b)from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026—$1.096; and

(c)from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027—$1.133; and

(d)from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028—$1.172; and

(e)from 1 January 2029—$1.212.

(4)The value of a fee unit for an Act or part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 4 is—

(a)from 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2026—$1.060; and

(b)from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027—$1.096; and

(c)from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028—$1.133; and

(d)from 1 May 2028 to 30 April 2029—$1.172; and

(e)from 1 May 2029—$1.212.
