  • (b)commenced on the date mentioned in schedule 1 for the code of practice.

  • 1The approval of the code of practice was notified under the Safety in Recreational Water Activities (Codes of Practice) Notice 2011, repealed under section 5.
  • 2Under section 43(5) of the Act, the code of practice expires 10 years after its commencement.
  • 3A copy of the code of practice is available on Workplace Health and Safety Queensland’s website and at the places mentioned in section 43(7) of the Act.
    • 4ARevocation of approved code of practiceIf the entry in schedule 1A for an approved code of practice states that the code of practice has been revoked by a ministerial instrument stated in the entry—
  • (a)the code of practice was revoked by the ministerial instrument stated in the entry; and
  • (b)the inclusion of the revocation in schedule 1A is notice for the purposes of section 43(2) of the Act that the ministerial instrument stated in the entry revoking the code of practice has been made by the Minister.
