Dispute Resolution Centres Act 1990Dispute Resolution Centres Regulation 20191Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Dispute Resolution Centres Regulation 2019.2CommencementThis regulation commences on 2 September 2019.3Fees for particular commercial services of dispute resolution centresThe fees payable for commercial services provided by a dispute resolution centre, other than commercial services provided to a member of the public, are stated in schedule 1.4Rounding of amounts expressed as numbers of fee units(1)This section applies for working out the amount of a fee expressed in this regulation as a number of fee units.(2)For the purpose of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 48C(3), the amount is to be rounded to the nearest multiple of 10 cents (rounding one-half upwards).Example—Schedule 1, item 2(a) prescribes a fee of 156.20 fee units. If the value of a fee unit for this regulation were $1.25, the number of dollars obtained by multiplying $1.25 by 156.20 would be $195.25.
