(a)sections 18(1) to (4), (6), (7) and (9), 19 to 28, 31, 36 and 40;

(b)part 6.

(a)was displayed before the major event period for the motor racing event; and

(b)was displayed in the course of the person’s ordinary activities.

(a)consult the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service about a special fire service or any work involving a fire-related alternative solution for the building work; and

(b)if the building work is for a building or structure that is proposed to have a special fire service or involves a fire-related alternative solution—obtain and consider a report from the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service on the suitability of the proposed special fire service or fire-related alternative solution.
