Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 2005Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 20151Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2015.2CommencementThis regulation commences on 1 September 2015.3Information required for returns—Act, s 62(2)(d)For section 62(2)(d) of the Act, the following information must be included in a return for a worker—

(a)if the worker is not a registered worker—

(i)the worker’s name, birthday and residential address; and

(ii)the worker’s email address and mobile phone number, if any; and

(iii)the type of cleaning work performed by the worker for the person giving the return;

(b)if the worker is a registered worker—the number given to the worker in the register of workers.

4Classification level—Act, ss 73 and 75The prescribed classification level for sections 73 and 75 of the Act is ‘Cleaning Services Employee Level 2’ under the federal Cleaning Services Award 2010.5Percentage for levy—Act, s 83The prescribed percentage for section 83 of the Act is 0.75%.s 5 amd 2016 SL No. 81 s 4; 2018 SL No. 81 s 46Interest rate—Act, s 87(1)For section 87(1) of the Act, interest accrues daily at the prescribed rate, within the meaning of the Taxation Administration Act 2001, for unpaid tax interest.Note—See the Taxation Administration Regulation 2012, section 8(1).7Reciprocating State and corresponding law—Act, s 145(1)(1)For section 145(1)(a) of the Act, a State mentioned in the schedule, column 1 (the reciprocating State) is declared to be a reciprocating State.(2)For section 145(1)(b) of the Act, a law mentioned in the schedule, column 2 opposite the reciprocating State is declared to be a corresponding law for the Act.8Return periodFor the definition return period in schedule 2 of the Act, the prescribed period is a period between—

(a)1 January and 31 March; or

(b)1 April and 30 June; or

(c)1 July and 30 September; or

(d)1 October and 31 December.
