The Electronic Conveyancing National Law is applied (with modifications) as a law of Queensland by the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Queensland) Act 2013. This version is the Law as it applies in Queensland—see the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Queensland) Act 2013, section 4. It is intended a new reprint of the National Law will be prepared by the Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel when any change in the National Law takes effect.
