or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.11-ssec.1-para1.a-para2.ii" guid="_e52fef76-a121-4ee3-b91e-60842f9b3998" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the person is convicted and any period for appealing against the conviction has ended and an appeal against the conviction has not been started; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.11-ssec.1-para1.a-para2.iii" guid="_52ae2db4-db86-4d87-8c94-56af60820669" provision.type="other"><no>(iii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the person is convicted and the person has appealed against the conviction and the appeal is finally decided or has otherwise ended; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.11-ssec.1-para1.a-para2.iv" guid="_1fbfbe1e-09b0-4fac-9e98-d9a5ddbda878" provision.type="other"><no>(iv)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the prosecution process has otherwise ended; or</txt></block></li></list></block></li><li id="sec.11-ssec.1-para1.b" guid="_328028be-d7fe-4027-96d6-a29562899375" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">enters a nolle prosequi on an indictment.</txt></block></li></list></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.11-ssec.2" guid="_ae677ade-c816-4adf-822b-6d3e7d970c8d" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(2)</no><block><txt break.before="0">The Attorney-General must—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.11-ssec.2-para1.a" guid="_567d59b2-7c6d-401f-969a-6083a70e7e3f" provision.type="other"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">prepare a report outlining the circumstances and reasons for the Attorney-General’s decision to present the indictment or to enter the nolle prosequi;
