(a)the parts of the project works that may be carried out with the exercise of a power the Coordinator-General may exercise under the Act;

(b)other works reasonably required to support the project works that may be carried out with the exercise of a power the Coordinator-General may exercise under the Act only for, or in connection with, works undertaken by the Coordinator-General.

project report means the report of August 2024, prepared by the Coordinator-General, called ‘Borumba Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project Exploratory Works – Geotechnical and Investigations’ and published on the department’s website.project works means the works reasonably connected with, or incidental to, carrying out the part of the exploratory works described in the project report as the Project Works.Queensland Hydro means Queensland Hydro Pty Ltd ACN 661 444 515.28VQueensland Hydro directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 100(1)Subsection (2) is a direction for section 100 of the Act.(2)Queensland Hydro must undertake all parts of the project works that are not facilitation works.28W Coordinator-General directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 109(1)Subsection (2) is a direction for section 109 of the Act.(2)The Coordinator-General must undertake the facilitation works.
