(a)works to secure tenure for the CopperString 2032 workers accommodation camps;

(b)works reasonably required to secure access to land for the purpose of carrying out the project works, including for investigations and temporary works;

(c)works comprising the opening, closing or rearranging of roads as reasonably required for carrying out the project works.

Powerlink Queensland means Queensland Electricity Transmission Corporation Limited ACN 078 849 233.project report means the report of May 2024, prepared by the Coordinator-General, called ‘CopperString 2032 Workers Accommodation Camps – Hughenden, Julia Creek and Richmond’ and published on the department’s website.project works means the works reasonably connected with, or incidental to, the construction of the CopperString 2032 workers accommodation camps.28PPowerlink Queensland directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 100(1)Subsection (2) is a direction for section 100 of the Act.(2)Powerlink Queensland must undertake the project works.28QCoordinator-General directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 109(1)Subsection (2) is a direction for section 109 of the Act.(2)The Coordinator-General must undertake the facilitation works.
