project administered by the State that seeks to deliver affordable housing to low to moderate income earners by providing rent subsidies to developers to encourage the development of affordable id="sec.7-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.19C-def.HousingInvestmentFundprogram-oc.2" guid="_05fbaec7-d73c-4f6a-8dc4-243ed3f28d9c" type="definition">Housing Investment Fund program</defterm> is the program provision of housing services for which a funded provider who is a BTR provider or HIF provider receives funding.</txt></block><note id="sec.7-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.19D-note" to a HIF provider that receives funding for an ancillary housing service.</txt></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.7-frag-pt.2A-div.2-sec.19G-ssec.2" guid="_15ba7ffb-a02b-4196-a9ae-ec61a5860d47" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(2)</no><block><txt break.before="0">The HIF provider must prepare annual financial statements for each financial year in which the provider
