1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2023.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 3 November 2024.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Industrial Relations and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2022.Note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 4 November 2024.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 5 November 2024.
