affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(d)</no><block><txt break.before="0">is, or is for, reconfiguring a lot to rearrange the boundaries of the lot; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3A-ssec.2-para1.e" guid="_4bbda256-4989-480c-ba99-b91a9207e435" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(e)</no><block><txt break.before="0">is carried break.before="1"><defterm id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3A-ssec.3-def.CabooltureWestinvestigationarea" guid="_9181702a-f509-49cf-88a6-c7a3eb292af9" type="definition">Caboolture West investigation area</defterm> means the area shown as investigation area on the map called ‘Caboolture West growth area and investigation area’, dated 22 February 2023 and published on the department’s website.</txt></definition></deflist></block></subclause></clause><clause id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B" guid="_636be231-e220-4d20-9c1d-38b9962e54dd" toc="no" affected.by.uncommenced="0" spent.amends="0" provision.type="other"><no>3B</no><heading id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-he" guid="_06a4b10e-35f3-47b6-9162-923861197cca">Prohibited development—particular development in Caboolture West growth area</heading><subclause id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.1" guid="_05703648-79ac-4234-b3f0-c73bf82ee217" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(1)</no><block><txt break.before="0">Development on a State school site in the Caboolture West growth area is prohibited development.</txt></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2" guid="_a7f93cdc-d982-43f5-a6a5-40ba2b7e4f28" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(2)</no><block><txt break.before="0">However, subsection (1) does not apply to the extent the development—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.a" guid="_6c2629dc-0a68-4224-971c-34a109bb0296" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">is for a State school under the <legref target.doc.id="act-2006-039" target.version.series="1e1a0ed5-f492-44f9-ba49-f9194ef5fefb" check="valid" jurisd="QLD" type="act"><name emphasis="yes">Education (General Provisions) Act 2006</name></legref>; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.b" guid="_0feda738-9282-42ee-9b49-fbe69c8f3498" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">is operational work that is—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.i" guid="_5cb89998-ca56-4372-bff9-ba1ec87e2cd8" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">filling or excavating, including, for example, bulk earthworks; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.ii" guid="_a33e4f5a-6403-4a92-aca9-fd5a251fc180" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">extracting gravel, rock, sand or soil; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.iii" guid="_acc8ba51-c3aa-4168-91fc-95d25e94fd16" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(iii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the clearing of vegetation; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.iv" guid="_9053984b-3e95-45a6-b8cd-9cb1ea56b38f" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(iv)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for a stormwater drain; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.v" guid="_91d013bd-5db5-4cd5-bf05-c4d94189e268" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(v)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for road transport infrastructure; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.5-frag-pt.2A-div.1-sec.3B-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.vi" guid="_22cd6550-967b-46b8-b34d-2c2ef69edaa4" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(vi)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for street lighting, a transmission grid or a supply network; or</txt></block></li><li
