(a)be given within 14 days after the acquisition; and

(b)be given in a way decided by the commissioner and published on the QPS website.Example of a way of giving information for paragraph (b)—by submitting the information online

4Amendment of s 104 (Information particular persons who have sold or otherwise disposed of weapon to give authorised officer)Section 104(3)—omit, insert—(3)The information must—

(a)be given within 14 days after the acquisition; and
