1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation 2021.2Deed amendedThis regulation amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Deed 1990.3Insertion of new s 14AAfter section 14—insert—14ARemuneration of the board (1)The board is entitled to be paid, and retain for its own benefit, the reasonable remuneration decided by the board. (2)The board’s remuneration may be deducted from the assets of the fund in the way decided by the board.(3)The board may charge a member or class of members a different fee, or a different amount of a fee, based on the criteria the board considers fair and reasonable.(4)In addition to the remuneration under subsection (1), the board is entitled to charge and retain for its own benefit from the assets of the fund the fees the board is allowed to charge under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cwlth), section 90XY.4Omission of ss 29G and 370Sections 29G and 370—omit.
