7Amendment of s 25 (Casino patron claims)(1)Section 25(1) to (4)—omit, insert—(1)This section applies if a casino operator, or an employee or agent of a casino operator, receives a claim for payment, related to a gaming transaction, from a casino patron.(2)The casino operator must immediately attempt to resolve the claim.(3)If the casino operator can not resolve the claim, the operator must immediately give the casino patron a written notice stating—

(a)the casino operator can not resolve the claim (the decision); and

(b)that the casino patron may ask the chief executive to review the decision if the patron makes the request using the approved form within 10 days after receiving the written notice.
