1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Therapeutic Goods (Postponement) Regulation 2020.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 26 September 2021.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Therapeutic Goods Act 2019.Editor’s note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 27 September 2021.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 28 September 2021.
