1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation (No. 2) 2020.2DeclarationThis regulation is made under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DB.3Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is further extended to the end of 29 November 2020.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Guardianship and Administration and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019.Note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 30 November 2020.4ExpiryThis regulation expires on 1 December 2020.
