2The Minister published the declared public health emergency in the gazette on 31 January 2020 under section 321(1)(a) of the Act.

Notes—

1Under section 323(2) of the Act, this regulation commences on the day it is made whether or not it is notified on that day.

2Under section 323(3) of the Act, this regulation expires at the end of the extended period unless it is sooner repealed or it expires under section 324(3) of the Act.
