1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry (Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability—Quorum) Regulation 2019.2Quorum for commissionA quorum for the commission established by letters patent gazetted on 28 June 2019 is—

(a)its chairperson sitting alone; or

(b)its chairperson sitting with 1 or more of its other commissioners; or

(c)2 or more of its other commissioners sitting together.

3Acting chairperson(1)This section applies if a quorum is formed under section 2(c).(2)The chairperson may appoint 1 of the other commissioners to act as the chairperson.(3)The appointment may only be made before the other commissioners begin sitting.
