(a)the Logan City Council is dissolved; and

(b)Tamara O’Shea is appointed to act in place of the councillors of the Logan City Council until the conclusion of a fresh election of councillors for the Logan City Council.

Note—Subsection (1) gives effect to a recommendation made in writing by the Minister, on 2 May 2019 under section 123(3) of the Act, that the Governor in Council dissolve the Logan City Council and appoint an interim administrator to act in place of the councillors until the conclusion of a fresh election of councillors.(2)This section expires on 30 June 2020.
