1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2018.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 19 May 2019.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Act 2017.Note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 20 May 2019.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 21 May 2019.
