(a)a class 1 explosive other than—

(i)an unrestricted firework; or

(ii)an explosive designed to activate an airbag, seatbelt, fire extinguisher or parachute; or

(iii)an electric match; or

(iv)a safety fuse or igniter; or

(v)a power device cartridge; or

(b)a class 2 to 9 explosive; or

(c)security sensitive ammonium nitrate.
