1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation (QOTE) Notice 2017.2CommencementThis notice commences on 1 July 2017.3QOTE for 2017–2018 financial year—Act, s 107(1)For section 107(2)(a) of the Act, QOTE for the 2017–2018 financial year is $1,482.10.(2)For section 107(2)(b) of the Act, the percentage difference in QOTE for the 2017–2018 financial year compared to QOTE for the 2016–2017 financial year is 1.73%.4Variation of payments for injuries—Act, s 205For section 205(3) of the Act, the varied payment or amount is—

(a)for a provision of the Act stated in schedule 1, table 1, column 1 applying to an injury sustained in the period mentioned in table 1—the payment or amount stated in schedule 1, table 1, column 2 opposite the provision; or

(b)for a provision of the Act stated in schedule 1, table 2, column 1 applying to an injury sustained in the period mentioned in table 2—the payment or amount stated in schedule 1, table 2, column 2 opposite the provision; or

(c)for a provision of the Act stated in schedule 1, table 3, column 1 applying to an injury sustained in the period mentioned in table 3—the payment or amount stated in schedule 1, table 3, column 2 opposite the provision; or

(d)for a provision of the Act stated in schedule 1, table 4, column 1 applying to an injury sustained in the period mentioned in table 4—the payment or amount stated in schedule 1, table 4, column 2 opposite the provision.
